Each 300 square foot room will house a family with private bathroom. The dormitory will include 10,000 square foot common area which will include a kitchen, living room, and laundromat. The dormitory will also include 3000 square foot shared balcony overlooking picturesque mountains and supplied with barbecue facilities. And on the first floor will be a 6000 square foot patio with grills as well.
In addition, the property will be provided with fencing for security, parking spaces for those with vehicles, a common clubhouse (180 square m / 1940 square ft), septic system, and free areas for play. The IDP Community will be built to the standards of the Sphere Handbook (Humanitarian Charter).
