Lot 1 will contain two homes and the community clubhouse.

Each home within the community will be provided with toilets and bathtubs, beds, living room area, furnished kitchens, running water, electricity, and heat / air conditioners. In addition, the property will be provided with fencing for security, parking spaces for those with vehicles, a common picnic/grill area, a common clubhouse (180 square m / 1940 square ft), septic system, and free areas for play. The IDP Community will be built to the standards of the Sphere Handbook (Humanitarian Charter).
